Royal Mail Delays Survey
Recently, many residents have been in contact with me about the poor standard of Royal Mail deliveries across our area.
Reliable postal services are essential for everything from medical appointments to legal documents, and the current situation falls far short of what people should expect.
This is a serious issue, and I know that local postal workers are working incredibly hard but are just not getting the support they need from Royal Mail to deliver the quality of service residents deserve.
I have taken this up with the relevant Minister and with Royal Mail, but I am not satisfied with Royal Mail's response so far and I am now taking this up with the regulator.
That’s why I want to survey residents and hear first-hand how extensive the problem is and how many residents it impacts.
I will continue to pursue this matter until residents receive the level of service they deserve.
