Cockington Court - Torbay Liberal Democrats

The Conservative Administration running Torbay Council are planning on selling off Cockington Court on a long lease to a private operator. In doing so they will make the caretaker redundant, and close the Court during the sale process.

We do not want the Court to become like the Pavilion in Torquay or Oldway Mansion. The Pavilion also went on a long lease and has been left to rot for a long time.

We are calling on the Council to pause what they are doing so that there can be a proper consultation.
