The Secretary of State has announced new funding for Torbay Council to improve playgrounds for their local communities through the Government’s new £18 million Playgrounds Fund. The Council will receive up to £270k to improve or create 3 playgrounds in local areas that need it most. 

Along with Paignton local Councillors I am demanding that a good chunk of this money goes towards supporting the Skate Park in Victoria Park Paignton. If you are interested in getting involved with our campaign please get in touch at steve.darling.mp@parliament.uk.
